How can we slim in spite of the difficulties?

How many times in your life have you tried different diets? For a while you lost weight (maybe tens of kilograms), only to regain it in the end maybe even adding on anotherl 5 kilograms.
The NLP technique- slimming from the head down, will change your conception of slimming and will give you a completely new and deeper dimension, for looking at and dealing with the problem.

What do we do?

* We set a target
* We find the root cause for eating without any physical hunger, and with the aid of NLP tools, clean out the negative feelings which urge us to eat more than we need. We internalize a strategy of dealing with these feelings in a positive fashion, but without eating, so that we gain new insights and discover new resources to cope more successfully with the future.
* We learn how to change limiting beliefs and how to create empowering beliefs that help us reach our target,
* We develop positive self esteem
* We change our eating habits :
1) We start listening to our body (which knows very well what is good for us). In many cases a person who is seriously overweight has lost his (or her) ability to distinguish body feelings like being hungry, satiated or glutted with food. We will give you the tools which will help you listen to your bodies. These tools will help you identify when the body needs food. You will learn to notice, what kinds of food your body needs and in what quantities. We will teach you to become aware of the sensation of bodily suffering that is caused by your overeating so you can easily stop eating in time. We will teach you to identify the occasions when you eat because of a negative feeling and we will help you find an alternative to eating to satisfy negative feelings.
2) We will practice the  eating habits of naturally thin people.
3) We will get rid of all kinds of old habits and obsessions (if any remain by then).
* We will learn to increase our motivation to make enjoyable physical activities a pleasurable part of our life (like dancing, walking, swimming, riding etc.), transforming the war and struggle with our bodies into a pleasant dance.
